A Return & Refund Policy is a policy that dictates under what conditions customers can return products they've purchased from your Fotyan eCommerce store and whether you'll reimburse them in a condition if goods have not the same color with size which is ordered by the customer, otherwise cannot return goods from the customer.

The customer has to right to send a (support ticket), and Fotyan will respond ASAP to resolve the customer's problem.

Before the payment step, customers should be sure to double-check about size and color!
